be healthy.

If a tree is not healthy, it won’t bear fruit.

If a leader is not healthy, neither will they.

Many in ministry are surrounded by needs that seem to supersede their own. The constant pressure to meet needs of others will eventually drain anyone, leaving them depleted.

Unfortunately, we have seen marriages crumble, children negatively impacted by their parents’ ministry, and people quit because of burn-out.

God is able to redeem brokenness, but God is also able to strengthen things before they break.

We create opportunities for leaders to invest in their personal spiritual, emotional, and relational health to prevent burnout.

It really is simple.

Healthy people will continue to do effective and growing ministry.

Our Toolbox

  • Creating space for leaders to connect with God + rest. We host retreats for:

    + church leadership teams

    +women

    +missionary families

    +men

  • A space where we invite leaders we work with to get away from their pace of life to quiet their souls, rest, and retreat individually.

  • Help discern where God is leading and setting goals to get there.

    MORE ABOUT COACHING

  • We host events + gather leaders to connect, relax, and remember that there is joy to be found in a life serving God.

  • I appreciate Patrick’s spiritual leadership coaching. He allows me to process things out loud with the Lord and offer counsel towards wise decisions. As a leader and pioneer, I’m faced with lots of stress and pressure to serve well. Patrick helps me hear from the Lord and see things more clearly for actionable steps forward.

  • Patrick is an EXCELLENT coach. His primary strength is the way in which he presents practical help and insight, while also encouraging me to hear from God, acknowledge the Spirit’s leading and take steps to be obedient. The benefits from our sessions have improved my personal life, home life, church life, and my church. (As in my church is a healthier body because of my meeting with Patrick).

  • I can't thank you enough for the blessing (Getaway Grant). I realized when I was there that a time out is so much needed especially when you deal with people, either in ministry or working in a corporate place. I am grateful, I had so much time with me and God. I feel so refreshed.
